  • Longest time taking the Delivery: The meaning is for that the time we have made for the delivery 72 hours most of the people get the deliver but per day we got the messages about 12-17 people (Existing/regular customers 50% from this margin) didn’t get. The reason we had that products are not available or stock-out portion which is making our regular customers unhappy. If you need to up-raging the sales we have to made the delivery plan according to our competitive market based delivery plan as like KhassFood, ChalDaal, Food online etc.
  • Negative Stock-in products: The products is posted in pages and taking the order but after someday we made a saying is not available stock-out. Besides that we need to bring some exclusive products (what we can do in this section just posting recommending products needed post) and most of the products needs to store first so that the delivery available to serve in 1/2 days.
  • Price Fluctuations: The price is fluctuate day to day basis that is also noticeable because the price is helping us to compete in the market. Some of the complain is providing to us that price range is so much high but the product quality is not suitable to the price range. We have to set a price margin/limit if some reason the high price we need to set according then we have to ensure the quality with the price for example mangoes buyer said 180 tk per kg mangoes are not sweet and size is small and mostly customers get insects inside this mangoes.
  • Marketing Department: All the products are publicized by making the marketing so that we can reach out to all the customers. There should be innovative/creative ads.
  • Ignoring the competitors: As our organization need to grow so we must need to follow up the competitors actions/roles playing the in the market. As like Shopno made a role which we can call also marketing; Delivery system (within 1/2 kilometres range delivery charge 35 tk ); bringing exclusive products and most the products available. And all of our rivalries have outlets for presentable their products directly.
  • B2B Buyers Don’t Find Brand Trusted or Reputable: This is we most of us get to see at our comment section. Customers still don’t have believed that we are collecting our products from Hill Tracks. So in this case stock-in products we need to take a picture and posted it in our page with stock-in zone names and other details.
  • Products description: All products need to post with what these are products are helping to buyers and why they need to buy these products.
  • Delivery products checking problem: The quality (Products Damages) products are need to stop supplying because it is destroying our existing customer whereas we need to target new customers by ensuring the quality. For Example-customer is our regular customer buying day by day after getting the delivery but they got the delivery bad quality products which are see able to the products looks.  This making our products quality low which mentioned as problem in the above. The products before delivery must need to check and re-check so that customers are available to get quality products.
